Product details:
– the component is produced from ABS
– only one of the sides (the outer side) is covered with the surface look
– the entirety of the inner side of the cap is matte
– every cap has double-sided acrylic 3M tape for mounting fastened along the inner side’s whole length
– the carbon, and gloss surface finishes are covered with a special protective film
– the item is protected against UV light
– it requires no painting
(If you decide to paint your product you have to lay a primer layer before applying the paint job)

The manufacturing of spoiler caps is not a straightforward process. The final phase of it includes manual processing, in addition to adding detailed finishes. This speaks volumes about just how serious we are about reaching the highest possible quality standards for our tuning parts. Additionally, we make sure to conduct a strict quality check on all of our products before they are dispatched to prevent all the flawed elements from being shipped to our clients.

The plastic that our components are produced out of is ABS and it was first created to serve mainly the automotive industry’s needs. It is utilized in the making of factory bumpers, as well as, other elements of car bodywork that need to be simultaneously durable, and flexible. The quality of our ABS is affirmed by the TUV certification that it has been rewarded with, and the products made of it are also certified with the TUV TAILEGUTACHTEN/ABE themselves.
